Internship Job Description

Role: Software Engineering Intern
Location: Pune/Remote
Duration: 6 Months and possible conversion to full time
Type: Internship (Engineering Student / University Freshman & Sophomore)

About the Internship

We are looking for highly motivated engineering students who are passionate about building modern software and AI systems. As a Software Engineering Intern, you will work closely with our development team on backend services, APIs, and system integrations that power enterprise-grade applications. This is a hands-on role where you will gain exposure to real-world system design, structured event logging, and modern AI-enabled platforms.

What You’ll Work On

  • Assist in building and testing SDKs and APIs
  • Write clean backend logic in Python or Node.js
  • Help design structured JSON data models
  • Contribute to logging and tracing mechanisms
  • Support debugging and testing efforts
  • Build small features independently
  • Learn and build AI-enabled systems and platforms

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science
  • Strong understanding of basic programming concepts
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++)
  • Understanding of:
    • Functions
    • Loops
    • Data structures (arrays, maps/dictionaries)
  • Basic understanding of APIs and how web applications work
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
  • Built a small personal or academic project
  • Familiar with Git
  • Basic understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL)
  • Curious about AI/ML systems or modern web applications
